Hi.

My name is Tom.

I am a chef, currently working in Mississauga. I'm married with three kids, ages 12,10 & 7.

I started this page as a journal, I guess. Sometimes it puts things into perspective at the end of the day. Working in a restaurant is an intensive experience. I think that sometimes it is similar to a hospital or other high stress job.

I started this on a Wednesday in early September. The names may have been changed but probably not. So far I only have a few days journal done. Check out Thursday as well. So far I decided I wanted no graphics. The occurrences may be fictional.
